Syndrome de Déficience Posturale SDP

En deux mots :

Les symptômes associés à un défaut postural sont très variés. Ils diffèrent d'un individu à l'autre.

Explications :

Les patients en déséquilibre postural peuvent présenter des examens complémentaires complètement normaux malgré une symptomatologie parfois riche. Elle est toujours associée à une hypertonie para-vertébrale latéralisée. Les signes fonctionnels du syndrome postural sont classés de manière variable selon les auteurs.

La classification des symptômes la plus connue est d'origine portugaise :

Le SDP (Syndrome de Déficience Posturale) regroupe différents symptômes classifiés par HM Da Cuñha en 1979*

Cette classification mérite d'être citée car elle est explicite bien que je ne pratique pas la thérapeutique de l'école portugaise.
